DVD changer

My 07 Vogue SE came with a Rear entertainment system however it just says DVD error. I went to take the changer out to have a look. Low and behold it wasn't screwed in, so someone has been there before. Looking at the wiring it doesn't look original.

Does anyone have photos of the electrical connectors on the DVD changer. To add that wiring someone has cut a connector off. Does the DVD player have a fibre optic connection?

I want to fix this however looking at the price on flea bay I need to do a lot of research before buying any parts.

Any and all help greatly appreciated

Shocked

I found some info but its on another site.
This guy retrofitted a RSE system to factory spec on a Disco and explained the process.
If you check this thread you should find the description from the member called AJAY is very accurate and may help.

Best of luck.
