Mick, I used to have a petrol flame thrower for my allotment for burning stuff (Excellent fun)...

It would be good for your path and save you some effort... as long as you don't burn your path...

School closed, so cannot get Into work Sad Very Happy. Haven't had any for 3 days, and It just so happened to snow today (Starting at 6am) and now have an extra 4 inches. So all in all have 2ft of snow...

It's not made any difference to me, other than I have had to help a few more people out. (shopping and inferior vehicles)

In some ways I liked it last week... the roads were a lot quieter. Thumbs Up

I took the dog a walk this morning at 08:30 and it was raining, by 08:50 it started snowing. An hour later I told SWMBO I would take her into work and managed to travel 3 miles in 3 hours, everywhere is gridlocked with 2wd cars slipping all over the road. We have now returned home and won't be venturing out again.

I'd have thought you'd be used to the snow up there.
When I spoke to relatives in Stonehaven last week they said they hadn't been out for quite a while... the car was burried. Shocked
I had visions of Scotland being full of 4x4s.

Now upto 2ft , a normally 25 mins drive from Glasgow city centre to where i am turned into 5 hours ........ roads full of Fanny's , Dickheads , Sh itheads , and stupid women .............
