Best oil for 4.2 SC

Probably done to death,(sorry)! normally I'd use fully synthetic oil in my vehicles but I read somewhere best to use mineral and change more frequently? Any advice / recommendations grade synth and mineral best?

Not sure whether you've bought the oil lready but I put up basically exact same post as you questioning which oil to get. I decided on the Fuchs Titan Supersyn F.
