Keys

Stan not sure if this is in the right area ?
So I had one key working one not so tried the sync to no avail so off we go to Rovertune in Reading they try and say key is knackered so order a new one from Landrover now the new key is synced the old key is disabled and won't resent the software is saying that it is disabled and we can't find out how to reenable it - they are going to speak to Landrover tech on monday but just wondered if anyone has come across this before

Yes we were doing that with dealer software its just odd
Its as if the car has decided to only have one key synced and it has room for 15 I think so very odd
