Another Napster by the look of things. In itself it's a perfectly legal piece of software for organising media but the fact it allows access to pirated content will likely be its downfall.

Will be an interesting one though. Guns can be used to kill people but it's not illegal to sell them just as certain garage door openers have a side effect of defeating police speed traps but they only become illegal when the used for illegal purposes. It's perfectly legit to have a garage door opener on your car.

Mind you, if the media companies didn't rob everyone blind there would be much less of this going on anyway. They have to share a large portion of blame themselves. I quit Sky for this exact reason, bought a freesat box, have Freeview on the TV and I've never looked back TBH. I don't care about premiership wendyball and only miss the odd thing here and there.
