United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Corris Grey

^ Precisely, never a truer word spoken. In all recorded conflicts between the human body and a large, moving and heavy lump of metal I don't recall the human body faring too well in any of them.

Driving to work, on the A14 (a notoriously awful road) I noticed a car which was clearly not being driven properly; turns out the lady driver was doing her make up. At over 60mph.

But, as said above, this is down to enforcement, or rather the distinct lack of it. We don't need new laws, just enforcement of existing ones. Driving without due care and attention potentially carries a driving ban but how often is it exercised?.

I think that mobile phones and texting even when walking should carry a huge fine and a jail sentence! The number of times people walk into me while they are on their mobiles texting or facebooktiming is unbelievable!

I used to step aside to avoid them but don't now! I just carry on walking! And the number of times they look at you as if its your fault!!

I'm working in Cambridge at the moment and had a laugh last night, waiting for a bus at Addenbrookes, one bus came in to the stop and was on its way out when there was a woman engrossed in her phone standing just in front of the bus, so the driver gave her a long blast on the horn! She'd have got a gold medal in the standing high jump!!! Rolling with laughter
Trains as well! I really dont want to hear chapter and verse of someones account of what they are gong to do for tea or when they will be home / what their meeting was like!!

Must go! Must facetwitbooktime my 15 million friends.........

All the rozzers you are lacking are round here in Bromsgrove Worcs! Every morning at least two unmarked X5's, one grey and one white and a 5 series travel from Bromsgrove to the M5 Junct 5 on the hunt for someone. Often see them sitting in lay-bye (probably eating donuts).

Seeing drivers on the phone really makes my blood boil. Its not really the same as having a fag or eating an apple - who loose concentration doing that? Ban the bstuds! 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Remember it's easier to get forgiveness than permission!

93 Classic hard dash Plymouth Blue
03 L322 Oslo Blue
2000 Disco TD5 ES Epsom Green
98 P38 Rioja Red

Yeah, UN-marked. Absolutely no deterrent effect at all. And so it becomes a game of spot the unmarked car. Let's be clear, I don't want people prosecuted for this, I want them PREVENTED from doing it in the first place, especially since they are sharing the same roads as me.

Being cynical about this, prevention doesn't make money. I have made a mental note of people just today and in a very short drive to a client office followed by a short drive to home I have seen 2 ladies adjusting their beauty in the vanity mirror whilst driving and ANOTHER overseas lorry driver who can drive a 40ft rig yet watch his 17" dash mounted TV.

Truly disgusts and scares me...these idiots are everywhere in society Big Cry Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........
