Good afternoon folks, I am trying to track down a "Throttle actuator force engine shut down" code I am getting. I have check as much I know and would like some suggestions. car takes couple tries to start n when start will not rev past 2k rpm n trans in 3rd gear


I have check for continuity from TB plugs to PCM plugs and I am getting continuity from all 6 wires.

What is strange is that checking continuity between red\white and green\white on the PCM and TB side if probe the Red/white n the Green/white visa versa at the time I get continuity also which seems that the wires are ground/shorting somewhere


Base on IID tool all the TB live values are correct except TB 1 & 2 which stays the same at idle and wide open throttle (flooring the pedal).
