Do JLR supply these same jacks to the US market? Knowing how litigious people are over the pond, it would only take a couple of well publicised incidents for JLR to find themselves on the wrong end of a class action lawsuit 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

That's exactly what happened to me when I got a puncture shortly after getting mine over 3 years ago so I got a Sprinter jack and it's not only an excellent tool for lifting the car but also an excellent preventative measure as I've not needed to jack the car up since 😊

Ah yes, you made the fatal mistake of actually using it as LR suggest you should. Now, here is an example of how it can be used in relative safety but as for lifting the car, meh, you need a Sprinter jack.

2003 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Adriatic Blue

had mine jacked up (with axle stands) and when i finish it raised the car (now with all the wheels on) removed the stand ans suddenly the thread in the jack stripped, dropping the car down in about 1 second.
Thank god the wheels were on.
Now ive got a 4 tonne jack which i use.
