Have been following this for some time now, question is why cant they with all the information and money they have, get the bloody forecast at least vaguely right???? This week again BBC weather this morning says it lovely where I am and will be all week, Steve Wright half an hour ago tells me its raining where I am (its not), now BBC weather tells me it will now rain the rest of the week I am sick of the f&&ckers, rant over

the met office should employ a couple of hundred people across the country to look out their window everyday and report back with the weather ..cant get more accurate than that..... ... - .- -.

i use the bbc weather app on the ipad and it uses local weather stations and it's pretty accurate for a couple of days look ahead L322 2008 vogue

Stan I can wholeheartely agree, its a bloody farce and surely not rocket science. In our part of the world they cant see whats happening within 6 hours?? infuriating bustards, what a waste pf public money, look out the window you sanctimonius feckers

Scotland - rain with a chance of cloud

The North - cloud with a chance of rain

Midlands - Cloud with some sun and maybe rain

The south - Sun, maybe some cloud and slim chance of rain

Met office app is usually pretty good where I am.

Normally when it says rain it rains, etc etc.

personally i like the pessimistic approach, if they would just predict it will rain all the time everywhere then at some point some one is going to pleasantly surprised if it is sunny and no one particularly disappointed if it does infact rain.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
