United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

Hi all sorry for the resurrection - the fatter hose with the squeeze style clip and green arrows - what does that feed and if it is loose would it cause a flashing eml and lean/rich running faults? It has lost its clipness not sure if that’s a word it pushes on but can pull off with little force... any advise would be great Current stable:
