Thanks stan. We will (hopefully) be moving mid November, I'm not going too far away, about 8 miles, will advise when moved.
we are filled with excitement, anxiety and omg not again. Laughing
We are really lucky, as both my sons are in the building trade, and have good friends with associated trades.
only one thing I'm looking forward to is , the ride on lawn mower, to cut the grass, but I fear, I'm back of the queue, Big Cry
everyone else has dibbed first go on it Laughing
busy packing at the mo, and sorting out, amazing how much crap you accumulate over 7 years. Laughing
thanks again. Greg. Thumbs Up

he's ok, and the programs good for ideas, but it always seems to be about him and not what the people want. I find sarah beeny to be the same, even so, if you can look beyond and enjoy the adventure, it's really quite fun.
Its the living in crap for a while that gets you down. Thumbs Up

Totally endorse what NMJ said, but like him I'm RICS qualifed so have more knowledge on this than most. If you want a house to sell, use an experienced agent who knows his market. That won't be some muppet from a chain either, who's only interested in introducing you as a mortgage prospect. A good indy wins hands down.
