Short answer , bloody hot . If I climb out of mine on a summer's day say about 40 celsius you are very aware of being next to a large piece of hot metal . 2008 MY Supercharged

Mine is the same seems to get very hot but I have never had a problem with it. My handbrake holds the car well but I must say that the lever does lift up a good way. The worst thing about being retired is you miss out on all the bank holidays |

I wasn't sure if the handbrake needed adjusting/tightening as to hold the car I need to pull it up quite high but I do suppose it's got to stop nearly 400 horses from walking haha.

The early ones with a manual hand brake can take a bit of finessing to get the shoes and handle to work as per the MOT , the electronic one that followed works faultlessly day in day out so take that D3 owners 2008 MY Supercharged
