Sunroof drains - how top unblock

As the heading says really, i know that you shouldn't use compressed air so how do you do it ? 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE

2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Cairns Blue

I unblocked mine with some plastic line from a strimmer. I did try at first squirting WD40 down using the 'straw' nozzle, it did work but made a bit of a mess.
