Bottom tailgate doesn't open

Any advice on this. The bottom part of my tailgate has stopped opening. The button still seems to set of a motor but it doesn't unlock...

Fixed!!

Tried opening it with the engine on and it worked.
Sprayed some wd40 and seems to be fine
