If you can download your self a copy of RAVE, which is locked to the old acrobat reader 4 by default and only works on the windoze platform and then find your self a download of a program called Free RAVE. You can use Free Rave to unlock the acrobat 4 and it will then work with any PDF reader.

Just run in it in a virtual machine with a copy of XP from somewhere... .
