you have been given new for old, if you can prove that you are not in the same position (like aftermarket parts not genuine bentley) then you have a case

you can demand an invoice for the head light I think, they must have got the lights in to stock and booked them out otherwise there would be no record of it all

if you have lost faith in the dealers due to these ongoing mishaps you could get 3 quotes from other dealer's and confront the dealer requesting they pay the average cost of the 3 quotes, you must do it in writing send recorded and explain that you no longer trust your prestige motor with clearly staff incapable of doing jobs correctly

You cannot demand them back. They have damaged your car and rectified accordingly. Going to court will be a waste of time and money over it if they have rectified the damage. Alex

No it's stilll ongoing.
