Not a good pic but from what I remember, once you have moved that plastic cover up, pull the whole thing up. I had them at max height from the remote button.

Thank's for the info road stone !... On this model you simply pull up the headrest's as you say then i tig welded the poles from the old headrest's to the new DVD headrest's and it's all fitted even the electric headrest's work all pukka touch screen TV's now .. |
