Heated screen fault

Only the passenger side is clearing - does that mean I need a replacement? I read somewhere that the heater element is in two halves. If so, are they controlled by seperate feeds? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

There are 4 connections to the screen I believe. + & - for each side. It might be worth finding where these are exactly and checking the connectors are present and correct.

Have you had a replacement screen at some point? Maybe now is time for that stone chip?

From what I have seen during screen replacement the internal side strips pull out revealing the heated screen connections....
