Locking wheel nut socket lost

I've lost my socket that undoes the locking wheel nuts.
Does anyone know if replacements are available and if so how quick?

I'm off on Monday driving to Sardinia but will be reluctant to go without it for obvious reasons!

Sounds less complicated than I expected. I had visions of having to wait days to get one specially cut or similar.
I think my stress levels are reducing somewhat after reading the replies so thanks everyone.
