England 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

Sunroofs are a real Marmite issue....

Personally I think they should be banned, I hate them with a vengeance... At 6'5" there are many cars I can't drive because of the Censored things....

And then, when a few years old all they want to do is break or leak.....

Never open mine, never even had the shade open, just buffets and irritates and who needs one with aircon anyway....

Never sat in something with a panoramic roof, doesn't it just mean you get sun in from all directions annoying you...???? Pete

I love with a passion the opening roof, its handy in summer in the land down under to have it tilted while parked to let hot air out when the car is parked in the blazing sun.
Also on a nice balmy night to have it open or early morning drive let the fresh air in, I love it.
I would also expect it would be better for resale having this option.

Agreed , the fact that it's illegal to lock your car with the windows ajar is madness so the sunroof really helps . 2008 MY Supercharged

One more thing, if you want the leather headlining you must order the opening sliding roof!

I know it's a no cost option now to have it opening, but I don't think it was free three years ago?

That could be the reason why a lot of cars just have the pan roof fixed?
