Found the link to the TOPIx online system, but can't seem to register to get it going.

Anyone had any success with this?
Alternatively, is there another resource to explain how to service things?

I have microcat for the parts... found that RAVE didn't tell me much...

RAVE is the workshop manual for any pre 06MY vehicle with some extras. The 05MY has a bit from 04MY and a little from 06MY and as such you will need some additional literature over and above that offered by RAVE. That said not much changed on the exterior and interior trim from 02MY - 09 MY so it may prove useful (and cheaper) for some jobs. TOPIx is just an online database that is very similar to RAVE but caters for all model years of all JLR vehicles. You will have to pay to view the content but you are able to save/print the details off for future use. The only free sections are the owners documents and accessory fitting guides.

I'm not sure what MY vehicle you have but you may be better asking you local parts guy to print you off the instruction for the job you want to do as TOPIx is very expensive if you get the wrong section... 06MY 4.4 V8 Autobiography Cairns Blue with Navy & Parchment Interior
