My Dad had a 1981 Princess 2200HLS (the posh one with headrests and fold down armrests in the FRONT!!!) It was turd brown with a black vinyl roof. Monkeys at Knowsley safari park peeled the roof and it had to be recovered, at which time my dad had it recovered but not before he'd fitted a sunroof in the car....himself. Even up until he died if anyone entered into a 'towing a caravan' discussion with him he'd say "that princess was the best towcar I owned" which was boll***s but he loved it. I also remember a hydro suspension pumping issue that saw the car like a dragster Just before BL garage in Warrington closed he traded it for an MG Montego Turbo...another 'great' choice  Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

MG montego turbo, was it the 'talking' one? ... - .- -.

I was but a boy am afraid so whilst Wazza born and bred I don't recall a 6 wheeler mini BUT a friend of mine's Dad used to do clubman events and Howley racing built his 1430 Mini in the early-mid 80's.

Sorry Stan, I don't recall it talking but it did have a digital dashboard..maybe that did have a talking mode....it went like a bullet in old money though  Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

Also remember when my old man had one of these Ford Zephyr Zodiac , jeez it massive inside or maybe it was because i was knee high to a midget at the time 😄😄
