Automatic headlamp

Help my n/s headlamp will not auto adjust when switched on , lamp stays dipped o/s one working ok . This happen before but repaired itself with a battery reset . Any advice Bow down 2006 vogue se td6 silver. Bailey unicorn 3 Cadiz . Discovery td5 & many other types before.
