L322 03 plate power steering fluid leek

Hi, got home today and just as was pulling onto drive power steering went heavy, fluid all over the road.
Took splash shield off underneath to find the bottom power steering hose dripping in fluid mainly around the metal crimps that are on it. Didn't appear to be wet anywhere else.
Is this a common fault? Couldn't see where fluid was coming from exactly but 99% sure a replacement hose will fix it.

Cheers
James

Will I need to flush the power steering fluid or will it be OK to fill up to the correct level with new?

Fix leak. Refill reservoir with new fluid to the correct level. Start engine and turn steering from lock to lock a few times to bleed the system. Stop engine, check for leaks. Top up reservoir with new fluid to the correct level. Check the level a week or two later to make sure it's still OK, top up again if necessary.
