Fuel filling !!!!!!

Afternoon chaps , the yellow fuel flap thing needs resetting , can't seem to get the tool to work Confused Or I'm being thick Whistle , any help you'll be great Thumbs Up

Push & twist. I found it a right pain in the ar$e, use a long screwdriver to pop it back down now easy peasy.
