My Aux Coolant Pump seems to have died - I am getting 12V supply to it, but no resistance on the motor terminals.

Actually, I'm sure there's a BMW pump that will work. Just finding it... Try from an E53. RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |

Agreed - none on the bay. I've found a BMW unit for £63, but the LR one is about £75 so may not be worth the hassle. Dan |

Just to close this one off, my mechanic replaced the pump for me.

please dont kill your self DAN, an aux coolant pump really isn't worth that.. |

I'd just like to thank myself for this post. Whilst researching the aux coolant pump failure on my latest purchase I came across this post which I'd forgotten I'd written!

hmm, I found it on page 191 in the workshop manual, I have few tinker jobs to do tomorrow between waiting indoors etc, I will find it, and test it. |

So far every L322 I've bought has a dead Aux pump...
