DSC ON or OFF?

Was reading some of the forums and wondering:-

Driving in the city would it be recommended to have the DSC on (no lights on dash) or switched off (light on dash)?

What experience have people had? and how would the drive eighter way be? Range rover td6 54 reg touch screen

It's only under certain off-road conditions that there is cause to turn DSC off; at all other times it can just be left alone. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
