I've had inspections done before on other cars in the past. I had a RAC one done before and it was very thorough, maybe a little OTT, but I think there's also an element of arse covering. I also had an inspection done on my 911 C4S by an local indy specialist and it was worth the peace of mind.

I had an AA one a few years ago where he was thorough but about a month later I had to get new suspension arms. I queried the AA and they said tough. It is all only advisory etc... |

I used Rovertune in Reading. They know Land Rovers inside out. Seller was happy to take it over to them which made it easier.
