I'm not so sure they are Jo, a lot of stuff unobtainable on the DVLA site is available on the RAC site

i have the original sales order from when i purchased the vehicle and it definatley says 2009! When the car was purchased it was on a private plate prior to mine.....
I have been onto dvla, well ia sked my dad to deal with it as the paper work and dates were not right when it came back dates and info....
Would it be possible that I have been shagged by the person i bought the car from? And if so why has no one like my dealer spotted this, and if so why has the dvla not immediatley rung me up to say erm get a MOT!

Sorry Joanne but nobody informs you when the MOT is due so if you have not got one do not use the car until its tested.

It is a 2007 car so either:

You have been robbed, Big Cry or;

Your a right little tinker Wink

Hope you're a tinker as there are too many scammers out there.

Don't worry - not the first time there'd be an error in the DVLA records.

The chassis number read from the RR itself would sort it Smile

I'm fairly sure there's no-one else with a vehicle database in the UK other than the Doovler.

The story thickens.... (thick will be the operative word here).....

So after frantically trying to get hold of my dad to confirm that I still needed to get the DVLA sorted for my car. I finally get hold of him about half an hour ago.... When prosed with the outburst of mine his response was..
"Do you ever draw breath enough to listen!?". When I bought the car I had test driven more cars than i cared to remember and being in and out the country I told my dad to go ahead and buy the car. To which he did. But the same spec, just wrong car. Any way, the car did come with the option of an extra set of wheels too. Which are the ones like the piano tuning forks, o which I understand to be 2009 wheels.? (am i right). At the same time this was going on I was in Vegas for 3 weeks working my ass off. I had also bought a horse box too. But due to the delivery miles and something else the dvla were arguing the date of registration as this was brand new and bought from a dealer. So that is were my confusion lies. I have indeed a 2007 range rover, a cross dad because ive awoke him from his sleep with the promise the world is ending. I also have an extremely embarrassed look on my face..... All apparently because a) I dont listen, b) i should employ a effing assistant and c) I should be in bed as its late. Yeah thanks a f(*ing bunch dad. !
But I still love my car !
