This would then mean us plebs who have the pre-06 have RAVE and the new guys 06+ can have a decent WSM in PDF too.

or £9.40 for 1 hour (but it may take more than an hour to download all the WSMs for individual years)

Obviously once you've downloaded the PDF's and they are on your PC then you no longer need access to the website.

The info could then be loaded into the WiKi we don't have yet  

Thought about this more than once too. Don't know about posting it in the wiki due to copyrights - but who's to stop a little sharing amongst friends

The info itself needent be hosted by the site, but the links could be... Maybe torrents is the answer, I'd be happy to leave them in my seed list. 

The TopiX/GTR site is copyrighted, and I'm not about to go down the route of hosting a free copy of paid-for content or encouraging copyright violation...

Rave is copyrighted too... and I've cut and pasted it all over the site.

Are you anti hosting a link to it? Tech details for the 06+ are a bit scant to say the least where as us pre06 are relatively well catered for which I think is a real shame.
