Apart from the already mentioned resources, my 1 word of advice would be not to assume that a high mileage car will be less reliable than a low mileage example. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Agree a mileage car is better in ways as jobs done and a good history is better than one used once a week for shopping as I see a lot by me sitting on the drives all week, they need driving to put the smile on your face, mines used seven days a week and I love using it every day rather than these dull rep mobiles I see people in daily go for it get one _____________________________________________________

I purchased mine last year at 139000 but it came with a good service history and receipts to back up, which also showed a lot of the suspect parts already replaced.

I am really looking forward to the jump. I learnt so much from the disco forum and have already learnt a lot from this forum. Thanks for your input guys. The one I'm looking at has done 119k so I would imagine that the serious stuff has been done. It does make me wonder though if owners have spent that sort of money why would they choose to sell now, it would seem to the best time to keep them.

Have a look at the turbo hoses, rear arch and tailgate rust and also the lower tailgate straps, pull back the rubber ends and check for corrosion. Easy to replace.
