Head Unit Display Upgrade

Hi,Just new to the forum. I have 2002 L322 V8 for just over a year now, have already replaced the sat nav unit and 2015 sat nav disc.
Problem is sat nav unit went on blink again ( probably water again) any one got advice on upgrading to a unit that replaces the screen unit on dashboard,
