Looks like a ulf bluetooth unit to me you have there (I should know, as just fitted one) .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

I took the covers and panels out and checked. Yes, the cable from the top of the GPS unit does go down to the module at the bottom left.

Sadly, it's not a Bluetooth ULF, its a Siemens BIT-II unit (it's labelled BIT-II) for the Siemens carphone. Its part no. is 84.11-6 922942-01 Ron B. VK2OTC
