I've had it over a year now and barely used it (just over 1000pages printed)
Comes with some brand new genuine cartridges (i only use genuine cartridges!) Will double check but think it should be another full set of the XL carts which are worth £45 themselves.

The printer comes with itself, the power cable and transformer.
I can burn the drivers and software to CD if needed but I just downloaded them from HP's site and can throw in an Ethernet cable if needed.

It has a built fax machine should anyone need one
