Not sure if yours is too late but there is a reset method in Wiki. In fact need to do it the Wiki way with my MY2005 as Gap doesn't do it for earlier years. John

thank you Stan as i thought, the oblong outta lens cover is missing on mine I wonder if thats why the picture is upside down?

i wouldnt think that is the cause..it looks like the cover is only there to protect the lens..

still no joy, im starting to get used to it,annoying thing is the picture quality is spot on only upside down |

no, but what an idea does anyone know if i can mount the camera upside down?,before i start to take it apart to try only to find it must be mounted that way up |

Weegie it was working fine untill about oct last year when it decided to go upside down so can the len bit come out of the plastic mount? or my first idea to turn the lot thro 180° |

Just a thought but, your original post said that it was repaired some time ago and I carried out a repair to mine. Few weeks back using a camera insert.
