Have you a user manual? Im sure one of the MY’s you could set the mirror to how you wanted it... Move the selector to the pass side and select reverse, then set the mirror glass to where you want it and when you take the car back out of reverse the mirror glass reverts back to set point...

My passenger side mirror dips no problem but it rarely goes back to its driving position which does my head in. |

I keep my mirror selector set to the passenger side. It definitely dips & sometimes moves back to it's normal position but 9 times out of 10 it doesn't. My fatty is LHD but I doubt this would make a difference but I'll try keeping it set to the drivers side for a while to see what happens. |

So today I used the Fatty & remembered to set the mirror selector switch to the drivers side & wow it now works as it should. I never would've twigged this as no one but me ever drives it & I kept it set to the passenger side so I could re adjust it after each time it dipped but didn't return. So a big thankyou Berkshirelad for your explanation. |
