Thought I was having a problem with engine fan.
Iid tool comes up with P0480-08
Fan control malfunction open circuit/short circuit to ground bus signal / message failure.
Could this be the vicious on its way out ?
Any hints greatly appreciated.

The viscous fan isn't electrically controlled, it's the aircon, engine backup fan, probably the temp sensor or such like... Pete
