On early L405s am I right in think if you had ALD you couldn't have Park Assist too?

I'm looking for a MY13/14 car for my wife and ideally would like both but if it's not possible I wouldn't carry on looking!

The reason I wonder if it wasn't possible is the MY2013 iPad RR L405 brochure App shows it with an star and implies you can't have them both. It appears you can now as if you build your own on the LL website it's possible to have both.

Hi there, yes you are correct the early model cars could not have both options of ald and self parking as they only had one Can Bus chanel so it could not process quick enough to support both options. This changed from 14.5 cars as they now have two Can Bus channels and process all the information with enough speed.
