England 2003 Range Rover HSE Td6 Zambezi Silver
auxiliary heater

hi guys, my auxiliary heater (night heater)does'nt seem to get hot. it blows out cold air only. does anyone know where it is located and how much of a job is it to remove it. also what the fault is likely to be. thanks

If you do a search on here for FBH (fuel Burning heater) you will see lots of info.

It's under the Battery on the passenger side (behind the wheel arch cover)

Not a big job but best handed to a Webasto professional after removing or contact Mike on rover 75 forum for circuitboard fix.

Loads of info on here, I would search on here but also read the two threads below on the Rover 75 forum

First thing I would try is pulling fuse 59 in the passenger glove box for 30 secs (might be a diff fuse depending on your model and year, but details should be in the handbook) - the FBH can be locked out if it fails to operate correctly 3 times in succession, pulling fuse 59 should reset the lockout.

how do you access the webasto can it be removed via the wheel arch or is it battery out
