there is probably a drain tap on the bottom of the fuel filter housing to drain out any water that's trapped in there.

Christ, that's mine just bonged a wee while ago, with normal height only as well, although on start up, full height range works up & down. I think the car knows we are about to spend some cash on getting the house done up & feels left out! Looks like another diagnostic trip needed. |

Had a new new compressor and sensors fitted and all fine on the suspension front. No idea what they did reference water in fuel but message has disappeared and never returned. Touch wood!!! |
