Overall, the best method is always to choose the absolute maximum you are willing to pay, and place an automatic bid as early as possible. If you get outbid, then it was more than you were willing to pay anyway. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Correct Thumbs Up

Highest amount that you are willing to pay, and it will bid that right at the end, so there is no time for anyone else to react, and provided that you have bid high enough, it will win you the auction at the lowest possible amount that is with in your maximum bid Shocked

i.e. if the item is at £12 and no else bids and you have set your bid to £21.56, at the last second it will bid for you and you will win at £13 and look Mr. Green Rather than bidding your £21.56 in the normal way and some Censored keeps on adding a £1 until you've been out bid Evil or Very Mad And if during your wait you suddenly have a moment of clarity Embarassed and want to back out, simples, delete your bid on Bidnapper and no one will know that you were there, this works up to 15 minutes before, then your committed Wink Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer...
