Don't work in the Compressed gas industry, but I am a Consultant health and safety specialist in nuclear. Obvious questions are what gas are you looking to compress / ship? quantities, pressures, destinations, and the gas' reactivity / stability toward pressure, temperature.metals, substances. Does it change from gas to liquid / vice versa under pressure or temperature. These and many more will determine the type of pressure vessel required. As will the safety requirements of the shipping and destination partners. As an example, a large O2 cylinder of the type supplied by BOC are normally pressurised at 230 Bar ! 1Bar=14.7 PSI. A potential missile if damaged, and i've seen the destruction on can cause. Tony
