Pirelli for me. Not a fan of conti tyres personally. V8 or else ...

same as fisha, i'd go for the pirelli as i have contis on at the moment and dont rate them much...

there are other good makes like hankook/vredestein/toyo and they are probably better priced.. ... - .- -.

The 20" Conti's are well known for scrubbing the edge tread off - the L405 22's seem OK, but the front outsides on L322's with 20's go smooth quite quickly.

Of the two choices I'd go with Pirelli .
But my first choice would be Michelin diamaris ....

I can second the comments about the shoulders of the Conti's wearing smooth .... or maybe its me enjoying the SC too much Thumbs Up

Scorpions next then for me based on these comments. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Pirelli Scorpions for me too.

Been running them for 4 years on two L322's now.

I've driven in some atrocious snow conditions and they work very well.

Scorpions for me as well

Had Dunlop Grandtrek's on when I bought it, which were ok.

I replaced those with a set of Toyo's which wore badly at the edges very quickly.

It has now got a set of Scorpions on which have been fantastic and have loads of life left in them.

When the time comes I will either replace with another set of Scorpions or potentially give the Michelin Diamaris a go (if I can find them at a good price...) 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

Scott, why not go to 255 55 20 (L405 size) which will give you more sidewall, more comfort and fill the arches better?

Like this Thumbs Up

Do they look good/better than the 50 profile tyres Scott?
