Petrol tank filler door

Hi all,
Happy new year everyone. I want to remove the petrol filler door to repaint it and can see that its held on by 2 bolts from the inside. To get at the two bolts I need to remove the inner panel beside the removable cubby box door in the right hand side. Anyone any idea how to remove that panel as it doesn't seem to clip off.

Thanks
Declan

Had a look today and decided to paint the filler cap door in situe. I know some will wonder why I wanted to remove it in the first place. Well teo reasons. (1) I don't have a garage that I can drive into so have to do it in the open. (2) with the damp weather we are having, need to keep dampness out of the paint and not a great idea to be waving a blowtorch arount the petrol tank filler Rolling Eyes
Anyway, Stuck the back end under the garage door in case I did happen to get a shower and just used the blowtorch and air hose to keep dampness away by blowing air through the the flame from a distance. Did the job perfect.
