Hi, I ordered and received an item from Amazon for a Christmas present. Today another one was delivered ( I wasnt in ).

So went into my account and apparently I had requested a replacement as original was faulty (its fine and no communication from me) 1 mail said I dont need to sent back original and 1 had the mailing details to send it back!?!. Obviously no contact number so I have mailed them.

Anyone had this, all seems above board as on Amazon mail site and all mails in my account
