Difference between Adaptive Dynamics & Dynamic Response?

Hello All

Here in Australia, the L405 TDV6 comes as standard with Adaptive dynamics, but no Dynamic response, even as an option (unless you go SDV8), not sure if it is the same in the UK?

I know dynamic response is meant to make the car feel less bouncy, corner more flat, less roll etc, but isn't Adaptive dynamics more or less the same thing? Ive googled the definitions and my simple brain can't figure it out Smile

My main concern in going for a TDV6 is that I am afraid it may feel too floaty and bouncy with the lack of dynamic response.

So to summarise:-

1. Can anyone tell me what exactly the difference between Adaptive Dynamics and Dynamic response is?

2. Assuming I have decided on a TDV6, is the lack of Dynamic response going to make the car feel very "wallowy and squishy'? (non spirited driving)

If Dynamic response isn't a must have option in a L405, then I personally don't see the need for the SDV8 (in my circumstances)

Thanks in advance

Dynamic response is active roll control. Don't really need on the TD6 as it's a lot lighter than the SDV8.
