I'm off Chaps

I'm off to the other side.
I sold my FFRR today and bought a new RRS.
Mine was starting to play up and cost me more than i wanted to keep paying out.
The dealers gave me a fair price for the car and a reasonable deal on the new one.

I will be on here for ever as you're a great bunch and i enjoy Mick's priceless pics.

Jay

I will have a full set or rubber mat's FS and a load liner if anyone is interested. i will have a look at the condition and post them up. I'm pretty sure they are new. 2020 Porsche Panamera Turbo Hybrid (V FAST)

Jeez jayboy. That's a real shame. What sort of probs were u having with a MY 11 for his holiness' sake? I thought they were supposed to be virtually bombproof?

Just had someone approach me and ask to buy mine (whilst I was at a petrol station) and was toying with a 4.4 vs A 5.0 SC comparison. I reckon a 5L SC would only cost c. 22-25 p per mile (current owners please feel free to add your2p worth) which at 10,000 miles per year is only £500-700 more in fuel that my current lpg petrol v8 4.4!!

Looks like a SC is the way to go but interested to see what probs jayboy has had?

Thanks Chaps.

I did consider a 405 but i've been watching them and they seem to be dropping a lot quicker than the sport. I don't need to space either so the sport is what i have plumped for.
The new one is 306 BHP and the handling is spot on.

My 322 has been a great car up until the last 6 weeks.
It went in for the MOT and the chap that does it is a mate of mine, he told me there was an oil leak so i booked it into Land rover and they had a look but said they couldn't find one, They didn't look properly and wanted to charge me just for looking when i have full Land rover warranty. anyway i drove the car home and left it for a day or so, drove down to the folks and it went into limp mode, I posted it up for some advise.
took the wife out yesterday and when we got home she said whats that smell i have i look under the bonnet and there was smoke coming out of everywhere.
I don't know where it was coming from and now its not my problem.

It was time for a change so i now have one of these

Very impressed so far.
Not as many toys as the FF but i don't think i will miss them all. 2020 Porsche Panamera Turbo Hybrid (V FAST)

Nice car Thumbs Up

I seriously considered one when I bought the L405 - another year or two, once the kids have (hopefully) left home - and I think one of those will be my next car Embarassed

The new RRS is really nice. I've toyed with the idea of one on several occasions including an SVR.

Both of our Full Fat's are behaving at the moment though and I fancy a summer toy this year so both the RR's are staying for now.

I hope you enjoy it Jay, hopefully you'll have many trouble free, enjoyable miles in it Smile
