One of the things we use our compressor here for is as an impact wrench. If you search for Air Impact wrench on eBay of Amazon and get a nice set if you need to undo/tighten bolts - including wheel nuts etc. (Draper, Hilka, Sealey, Stanley do good sets)
We've had differing results with different wrenches and you do need a bigger compressor to do undo really tight bolts but as a useful tool in the workshop now you have a compressor the air wrench is a good addition. With any of these sorts of tools (you can get air chisels, riveters, cutters etc as well) the key thing is to understand the air consumption a tool needs (thats measured in CFM) compared with the operating CFM of the compressor - i.e. if you buy a tool which needs more air than your compressor can provide you'll not get good results - match the tool to the compressor and off you go.
Hope thats of use
