Seems expensive given that level of damage

As usual you're on the money there Craig. Done properly that's at least a 15k repair and even then it will never be quite right, plus it will always be a CAT-D.

I'd love to know what sort of impact did that because it just gives the impression that, although it was hit hard it's stood up remarkably well. I'd doubt the other ( if it was a car) came off so well |

Me thinks too pricey. Suitable only for spares (possible chassis alignment issues?) and it's early 2012 production 60k miles SE, so Sub £20k.

Seeing as it's harder to blow your nose than steal one of them with nothing more than an iPhone and a brick some one will buy it for it's identity... Pete

i know its made from aluminium, (which makes repairing it extremely expensive, and i think has to be certified workshop etc) i think it should not be classed as described as 'light damage' unless it refers to it actuall 'hit a light' or even a lighthouse!
