Watching this with interest as I have the same issue - wondering if somethings not wired up correctly/loose/fallen off Land Rover Addict

Didn’t work for me. FBH starts up then stops after a few minutes. Theres an accompanying ticking noise from the rear of the car. Starts at about one per second then picks up to about twice per second, then it cuts out. No heat coming through. Further investigation required I think 09 RR Westminster 3.6TDV8 - Stornoway Grey / Black interior - now gone (sad face)

The ticking noise at the back will be the fuel pump my one makes that noise so that’s good...

The pump next to the heater valves only runs for aux residual heating afaik, the aux pump for the FBH is actually bolted onto the FBH and controlled by the FBH. That’s my understanding from the workshop manual and how our 2007 worked.

Just ordered a new FBH pump. Any tips for replacing it? Is access ok once whenwheel arch liner is out? |

You can get to it without removing the FBH, but I prefer to remove the few bolts and take the FBH out to improve access. You’ll need a couple of hose clamps, and I think a Torx bit for the bolt that holds the pump onto the FBH.
